Aplication YPP / CIP SINGLE
For bacht-wise propagation of yeast culture steril condition with the purpose of the renewing the yeast supply . The single vessel propagation plant reguiers inoculation with laboratory propagated yeast at each propagation Inoculation via Carlsberg flask is foreseen.
Constrution
The plant consist of a specially desing and manufactured propagation vesselwith a unictop plate comprrising allthe necessary equiment for complete sanitary operation such as pressuregulation , pressure relif valve anti vaccum valve level probe and aretion lance with air dissolver or for larger tanks holow shaft mixer . the plant is pre ereted in the workshop and dry tested before dispacht marking local erection very easy and simple . The plant can by supply with an integraed CIP station degree of fuld automatic or semi automatic system. The plant are only suppiled as turn key modules. standart working capacites up to 100 hl.working volume.
Electrical system
The control cabinet will have a PLC sytem wich control the the tempetur and the presurre arond the vessel , it will control all funktion on the plant in a fullautomatic way , temperatur , pressure , valve position feedback , on/ off , alarm system , recording af temperatur and presure on the tank. All information around the plant will be displayed on a local screen set point as well , and also be avalibol for a main system send by ethernet connection . The electrical panel will include Main supply , conrol supply , PLC system relays and the frekvens converter for mixer and CIP pump instalation .All information and control af the plant orsetpiont is availbol on mobil phone . Oparation
After CIP and steam sterisation , the propagation vessel is filled with hot or cold wort . Wort is then sterilsed by means of the heating jacket on the cone and thereaftercooled by means of the cooling jacket on the cylindrical part . Before inoculation , the wort is areated with sterile air . the vessel is herafter inicolated with pure yeast culture from a Carlsberg Flask under sterrile and aseptic condition .
During propagation , temperature is maintained at a set level and the propagation yeast is aerated according to the particular strains reguirement all control by the PLC.
When the yeast ha reached the reguired cell concentration it is pithed into an intermediate fermenter or direcly into a brew in a fermenter .
Cleaning
Before any oparation or transport all lines are flushed with water and steam sterilised . The plant is clead from an external or intigrated CIP system.
Mounting
The plant is pre-erected and dry tested before dipatch ,it is marked in our workshop for easy assemly at the brewery accordig to enclosed manuel.
